Wedding Favors

Of all the expenses of a wedding you'd think that wedding favors would be the least expensive. After all they sometimes only cost a dollar or two, don't they?

But if you are any good with figures like my accountant Dad he will tell you that they can cost big bucks at even two dollars.

A big wedding of 400 guests, for example, would cost $800 just for the favor itself and to that you have to add the additional cost of  wrapping and packaging.

The total cost might very well come to $1500 or more. That's a reasonably large expense only a little less than the cost of hairdressers for the wedding

And it's for something that it is not mandatory to give. You don't have to give wedding favors - it's your wedding.

But it would be nice to give wedding favors. wouldn't it?.
